I am a PhD student at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales, Australia. In my spare time I enjoy photography and built this website to share some of my favourite images.
Photography and Travel
My interest in photography was kindled while working part time for Canon Information Systems Research Australia during my undergraduate degree, and have used Canon cameras since. I mainly enjoy landscape and wildlife photography. Most of my photos have been taken while travelling over the past few years or while hiking.
My research interests include robotics, mapping and embedded systems. My PhD research is focused on indoor mapping and position tracking using highly parallel hardware, such as GPUs. I am a member of the UNSW CSE AI Research Group and my university website is viewable here. I studied Electrical Engineering and Science (Majoring in Computer Science) as an undergraduate, with my thesis examining the automatic compilation of device drivers.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about my photography, prints, or this website using the form below.
